Orthodox Christian Mission Resources's mission is to provide resources, training, and support for Orthodox Missions. The flagship program is the MTP or Ministry Team Process. The MTP helps missions organize and function as a community. This site also includes other important aspects of a mission to ensure it has a firm foundation with training for  parish counsel, administration, finances, liturgy, pastoral care, and ministries like children's, outreach and more.
